Kova Gulab Jamun Delight

1Prepare the MTR gulabjamun powder according to the instructions on the packet.

2Take the kova (200 g) and crumble it into a fine texture in a mixing bowl.

3Add the prepared gulabjamun mixture to the crumbled kova (200 g) and mix well until a smooth dough-like consistency is achieved.

4Shape the mixture into small round balls, ensuring they are smooth and without cracks.

5Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat for frying.

6Carefully drop the shaped gulab jamun balls into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown, ensuring they are evenly cooked on all sides.

7Remove the fried gulab jamuns from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

8Serve the delicious Kova (200 g) Gulab Jamun Delight warm or at room temperature, garnished with chopped nuts or a drizzle of sugar syrup if desired.
