Spicy Green Chili Sauce

1Wash and chop the green chilies (1 cup), removing the stems.

2Peel and crush the garlic (2 cloves) cloves.

3In a blender, combine the chopped green chilies (1 cup), crushed garlic (2 cloves), vinegar (½ cup), sugar (¼ cup), cumin powder (½ tsp), salt (½ tsp), and water (¼ cup).

4Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined, adjusting the consistency with more water (¼ cup) if needed.

5Transfer the sauce to a saucepan and bring it to a simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

6Remove from heat and let the sauce cool before transferring it to a sterilized jar or bottle for storage.

7Store the spicy green chili sauce in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
