Spicy Indian Bread Chaat

1Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

2Cut the bread slices into small pieces and fry them until crispy. Remove and set aside.

3In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté the diced tomatoes (2) until they soften.

4Add the boiled and cubed potatoes (2) to the pan and mix well with the tomatoes (2).

5Sprinkle the finely chopped green chillies (2) and jaggery powder (¼ cup) over the mixture.

6Stir everything together and cook for a few more minutes until the flavors blend well.

7Add the fried bread pieces to the pan and toss everything together gently.

8Cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the bread absorbs the flavors of the mixture.

9Remove from heat and serve hot as a delicious and spicy Indian Bread Chaat.
