Savory Meat Bread

1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet with oil.

2In a large skillet, cook the ground beef (1 lb) over medium heat until browned, breaking it into crumbles.

3Add the onion (1), garlic (2 cloves), and red bell pepper (1) to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.

4Stir in the paprika (1 tsp), cumin (1 tsp), and chili powder (½ tsp), and cook for another 2 minutes.

5Add the tomato sauce (½ cup), parsley, and cilantro to the skillet, and simmer for 5 minutes.

6Roll out the pizza dough on the greased baking sheet.

7Spread the meat mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

8Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup) over the meat mixture.

9Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long side, to form a loaf.

10Place the loaf seam side down on the baking sheet.

11Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.

12Let the meat bread cool slightly before slicing and serving.
