Spicy Potato Pasta Delight

1.Boil water in a large pot and add salt. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Finely chop the onions.

3.In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and sauté until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside.

4.In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent and slightly browned.

5.Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the onions. Mix well to combine.

6.Sprinkle pepper powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and Maggie masala over the pasta. Stir to evenly coat the pasta with the spices.

7.Add a pinch of sugar to balance the flavors.

8.Gently fold in the sautéed potatoes into the pasta mixture. Mix everything well and let it cook for a few more minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

9.Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve hot and enjoy the Spicy Potato Pasta Delight!
