Pineapple Sweet Chili Sauce

1Puree the pineapple (1 cup), chilies and garlic (4 cloves) along with the water (2 tablespoons) in a food processor.

2Bring the pureed mixture, vinegar, sugar and salt (½ tablespoon) to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer.

3Mix the cornstarch (1 tablespoon) into the water (2 tablespoons), mix it into the sauce and simmer until the sauce thickens, about a minute.
