Decadent Oreo Chocolate Cake

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan with butter and dust with flour.

2Separate the Oreo biscuits (10) and remove the cream filling. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-lock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.

3In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg (1) until frothy.

4Melt the chocolate (200 g) in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.

5Add the melted chocolate (200 g) to the whisked egg (1) and mix well to combine.

6Stir in the crushed Oreo crumbs and mixed dry fruits (50 g) into the chocolate (200 g) mixture.

7Gradually pour in the milk (1 cup) while stirring continuously until a smooth batter forms.

8Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.

9Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

10Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

11Serve slices of this decadent Oreo chocolate (200 g) cake with a glass of cold milk (1 cup) for a delightful treat!
