Creamy Chicken and Potato Casserole with Cottage Cheese

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.

3.In a bowl, mix the sliced potatoes with a drizzle of oil, salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, celery leaves).

4.In a separate bowl, combine the chicken breast and chicken chop with mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.

5.Grease a baking dish with oil and layer half of the seasoned potatoes at the bottom of the dish.

6.Place the marinated chicken on top of the potatoes in an even layer.

7.Add another layer of the remaining seasoned potatoes on top of the chicken.

8.Pour condensed milk over the top layer of potatoes.

9.Crumble the cottage cheese on top of the casserole.

10.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

11.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
