Chocolate Custard Delight

1In a small bowl, mix the custard powder (4 tbsp) with a little milk (2 cups) to form a smooth paste.

2Heat the remaining milk (2 cups) in a saucepan over medium heat.

3Once the milk (2 cups) is warm, add the custard paste to the saucepan and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

4Add ghee (2 tbsp) and sugar (½ cup) to the mixture and continue stirring until the custard thickens to a pudding-like consistency.

5In a separate bowl, mix cocoa powder (2 tbsp) with a little water to form a smooth paste.

6Pour the cocoa paste into the custard mixture and stir well until the chocolate flavor is evenly distributed.

7Remove the saucepan from heat and let the custard cool for a few minutes before serving.

8Serve the chocolate custard delight warm or chilled, garnished with a sprinkle of cocoa powder (2 tbsp) or chocolate shavings.
