Teriyaki Meat Pasta Bake

1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2Cook the pasta (300 g) according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

3In a large skillet, brown the mince meat (500 g) over medium heat until fully cooked. Add spices and herbs to taste.

4Add the tinned tomato (1 can), tinned corn (1 can), and teriyaki sauce to the skillet with the cooked mince meat (500 g). Stir well to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.

5In a separate pot, cook the rice (200 g) according to package instructions and set aside.

6Prepare the couscous (200 g) according to package instructions and set aside.

7Zest the lime (1) and lemon (1), then squeeze the juice from both fruits into the skillet with the meat mixture. Add the zest and stir well.

8In a large baking dish, layer the cooked pasta (300 g), rice (200 g), and couscous (200 g).

9Pour the meat mixture over the layers in the baking dish and spread evenly.

10Grate the cheese (100 g) over the top of the dish to cover the entire surface.

11Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

12Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese (100 g) is melted and bubbly.

13Serve the Teriyaki Meat Pasta (300 g) Bake hot and enjoy!
