Spicy Chicken Tacos with Avocado Salsa

1In a small bowl, mix paprika (1 tsp), cumin (1 tsp), chili powder (1 tsp), garlic powder (½ tsp), onion powder (½ tsp), oregano (½ tsp), red pepper flakes (½ tsp), black pepper (½ tsp), and cayenne pepper (½ tsp) to create a spice blend.

2Cut the chicken breast (1 lb) into small strips and coat them with the spice blend.

3Heat olive oil (1 tbsp) in a skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken strips until they are cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

4While the chicken is cooking, prepare the avocado (1) salsa. Dice the avocado (1), red onion (½), jalapeno (1), and cilantro. Combine them in a bowl and squeeze the lime (1) juice over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5Warm the corn tortillas (8 small) in a separate skillet or in the oven.
