Christmas Munthiri Kothu

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

2.Heat ghee in a pan over low heat and add jaggery. Stir until the jaggery melts and forms a syrup-like consistency.

3.Add the mixed dried fruits, nuts, and spices to the pan and mix well to coat them with the jaggery syrup.

4.Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until the fruits and nuts are well coated and the mixture starts to come together like a sticky mass.

5.Add rose water, edible camphor, and saffron strands to the mixture and mix well to incorporate the flavors.

6.Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

7.Grease your hands with ghee and shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls or flatten it into a tray and cut into squares.

8.Garnish with edible silver leaves and let the Christmas Munthiri Kothu set for a few hours before serving.
