Savory Tomato Onion Potato Bake

1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil (¼ cup).

2Slice the tomatoes (4 large), onions (2), and potatoes (4) into thin rounds.

4In a small bowl, mix the dried oregano (1 teaspoon), dried thyme (1 teaspoon), garlic powder (1 teaspoon), and paprika (½ teaspoon).
