Savory Potato Stuffed Bread

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2Wash and peel the potatoes (2 large), then cut them into small cubes.

3Finely chop the onion (1).

4Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.

5Add the chopped onion (1) and sauté until translucent.

6Add the cubed potatoes (2 large) to the pan and cook until they are soft and slightly browned.

7Season the potatoes (2 large) and onions with salt, pepper, and your choice of assorted spices.

8Cut the top off the loaf of bread (1) and hollow out the center, leaving a shell.

9Fill the hollowed-out bread with the cooked potato and onion (1) mixture.

10Place the filled bread loaf on a baking sheet.

11Brush the top of the bread with oil for a crispy crust.

12Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy on the outside.

13Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
