Spicy Deviled Eggs

1Place the eggs (6) in a saucepan and cover them with water.

2Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

3Remove the eggs (6) from the water and let them cool before peeling and cutting them in half.

4Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl, then mash them with a fork.

5Add the Dijon mustard (1 tablespoon), sweet relish (1 tablespoon), mayonnaise (2 tablespoons), and jalapeños to the mashed yolks and mix well.

6Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.

7Garnish with additional jalapeño slices if desired.

8Chill the deviled eggs (6) in the refrigerator before serving.
