Festive Cranberry Orange Relish

1Rinse the fresh cranberries (2 cups) under cold water and drain.

2In a food processor, combine the cranberries, peeled and segmented orange (1), and sugar (½ cup). Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped but still has some texture, scraping down the sides as needed.

3Transfer the cranberry orange (1) mixture to a bowl and stir in the chopped pecans (¼ cup) and fresh mint leaves until well combined.

4Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.

5Serve the festive cranberry orange (1) relish as a side dish or topping for roasted meats or holiday dishes. Enjoy!
