Cheesy Bread Roll-Ups

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2Slice the loaf of bread (1) horizontally without cutting all the way through.

3Stuff the bread with cheese (1 cup), sausage slices, diced onion (1), and grated carrot (1).

4Melt the butter (2 tablespoons) and brush it over the stuffed bread.

5Wrap the stuffed bread in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese (1 cup) is melted and bubbly.

6Remove from the oven, slice into roll-ups, and serve hot.
