No-Bake Cheesecake Delight

1In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs (2 cups) and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

2In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese (24 oz) until smooth. Add powdered sugar (1 cup) and vanilla extract (1 tsp), and mix until well combined.

3In another bowl, whip the heavy cream (1 cup) until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese (24 oz) mixture.

4Add lemon juice (¼ cup) to the cream cheese (24 oz) mixture and mix until smooth and creamy.

5Pour the cream cheese (24 oz) filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

6Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or until set and firm.

7Once chilled, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and top with cherry pie filling (1 can) before serving.

8Slice and enjoy the delicious no-bake cheesecake!
