Avocado Chocolate Mousse

1Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender.

2Add cocoa powder (½ cup), maple syrup (½ cup), vanilla extract (1 tsp), and almond milk (¼ cup) to the blender with the avocado flesh.

3Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined.

4Melt the chopped dark chocolate (¼ cup) in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.

5Pour the melted chocolate into the avocado mixture and blend again until well incorporated.

6Divide the mousse into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set and chill.

7Serve the avocado chocolate mousse chilled, garnished with fresh berries for a pop of color and extra freshness.
