1In a bowl, mix yogurt (½ cup), ginger-garlic paste (1 tablespoon), red chili powder (1 tablespoon), coriander powder (1 tablespoon), turmeric powder (½ teaspoon), cumin powder (½ teaspoon), garam masala (½ teaspoon), lemon juice (1 tablespoon), and salt to taste.

2Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

3After marination, add cornflour (1 tablespoon) and beaten egg (1) to the chicken mixture. Mix until the chicken is well coated.

4Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces in batches and fry until they are crispy and golden brown.

5Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot as a delicious appetizer or side dish.
