Blueberry Bliss Cake

1Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the Almond Cake Mix (1 box) box.

2In a mixing bowl, combine the Almond Cake Mix (1 box) according to the package instructions.

3Grease and flour a cake pan.

4Pour half of the cake batter into the pan.

5Spread a layer of Sweetened Cream Cheese (1 cup) on top of the batter.

6Add a layer of Ricotta Cheese (1 cup) on top of the Sweetened Cream Cheese (1 cup).

7Sprinkle a cup of Blueberries (2 cups) over the Ricotta Cheese (1 cup) layer.

8Pour the remaining cake batter over the Blueberries (2 cups).

9Bake the cake in the preheated oven according to the package instructions.

10Once the cake is baked and cooled, slice it horizontally into two layers.

11Spread White Chocolate Ganache Filling (1 cup) on the bottom layer of the cake.

12Place the top layer of the cake on top of the filling.

13Cover the entire cake with Blueberry Pie Filling (1 cup).

14Roll out the Fondant (1 cup) and cover the cake with it, smoothing it out to create a neat finish.

15Decorate the cake with fresh Blueberries (2 cups) and drizzle Blueberries and Cream Ganache (1 cup) on top for a finishing touch.
