Almond Blueberry Bliss Cake

1.Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the Yellow Cake Mix box.

2.In a mixing bowl, prepare the Yellow Cake Mix according to the package instructions.

3.Grease and flour a cake pan.

4.Pour half of the cake batter into the pan.

5.Spread a layer of Sweetened Cream Cheese on top of the batter.

6.Add a layer of Ricotta Cheese on top of the Sweetened Cream Cheese.

7.Sprinkle a cup of Blueberries over the Ricotta Cheese layer.

8.Spread the Almond Filling over the Blueberries.

9.Sprinkle the Sliced Almonds on top of the Almond Filling.

10.Pour the remaining cake batter over the almonds.

11.Bake the cake in the preheated oven according to the package instructions.

12.Once the cake is baked and cooled, slice it horizontally into two layers.

13.Spread White Chocolate Ganache Filling on the bottom layer of the cake.

14.Place the top layer of the cake on top of the filling.

15.Cover the entire cake with Blueberry Pie Filling.

16.Roll out the Fondant and cover the cake with it, smoothing it out to create a neat finish.

17.Decorate the cake with fresh Blueberries and drizzle Blueberries and Cream Ganache on top for a finishing touch.
