Snickers Pistachio Cereal Delight

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2Spread the pistachios (2 cups) on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until fragrant. Remove and let them cool, then chop them roughly.

3In a large bowl, combine the toasted pistachios (2 cups), chopped Snickers bars (1 cup), and cereal (4 cups). Mix well and set aside.

4In a saucepan, melt the butter (¼ cup) over low heat. Add the honey (½ cup), vanilla extract (1 teaspoon), cinnamon (½ teaspoon), nutmeg (¼ teaspoon), and salt (¼ teaspoon). Stir until well combined and the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened.

5Pour the butter (¼ cup) mixture over the cereal (4 cups) mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.

6Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cereal (4 cups) is golden and crisp.

7Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

8Once cooled, sprinkle the chocolate chips (½ cup), shredded coconut (¼ cup), and chopped almonds (¼ cup) over the cereal (4 cups) mixture. Mix gently to combine all the ingredients well.

9Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a delicious snack or breakfast option!
