Stuffed Tomato with Goat Cheese

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2Cut the tops off the tomatoes (4 large) and scoop out the seeds and pulp.

3In a bowl, mix the goat cheese (200 g), salt (½ tsp), flour (1 cup), and red pepper (½ tsp) until well combined.

4Stuff each tomato with the goat cheese (200 g) mixture, filling them to the top.

5Place the stuffed tomatoes (4 large) on a baking dish.

6Drizzle the tomatoes (4 large) with oil (2 tbsp) and sprinkle with a pinch of salt (½ tsp) and red pepper (½ tsp) for extra flavor.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the tomatoes (4 large) are tender and the cheese is melted and slightly golden brown.

8Serve the stuffed tomatoes (4 large) hot as a delicious appetizer or side dish.
