Spicy Mutton Pizza

1.Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

2.In a skillet, cook the thinly sliced mutton until browned and cooked through. Season with cumin powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, and black pepper. Set aside.

3.Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.

4.Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

5.Top with the cooked mutton slices, red onions, bell peppers, and jalapenos.

6.Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the toppings.

7.Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8.Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped cilantro over the hot pizza.
