Spicy Mutton Pizza

1Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

2In a skillet, cook the thinly sliced mutton (1 pound) until browned and cooked through. Season with cumin powder (1 teaspoon), paprika (1 teaspoon), garlic powder (1 teaspoon), onion powder (1 teaspoon), chili flakes (½ teaspoon), and black pepper (½ teaspoon). Set aside.

3Roll out the pizza dough (1) on a baking sheet and spread the tomato sauce (1 cup) evenly over the dough.

4Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese (1 cup) over the sauce.

5Top with the cooked mutton (1 pound) slices, red onions, bell peppers, and jalapenos.

6Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the toppings.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped cilantro over the hot pizza.
