Mutton Dessert

1In a large pot, add the mutton (1 lb) and cover it with water. Boil the mutton (1 lb) until tender, then shred it into small pieces.

2In a separate pan, heat ghee (½ cup) and add semolina (¼ cup). Roast the semolina (¼ cup) until golden brown, then set it aside.

3In the same pan, add milk (2 cups) and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the shredded mutton (1 lb), sugar (1 cup), cardamom powder (½ tsp), and condensed milk (¼ cup).

4Cook the mixture on low heat until it thickens and the flavors meld together, stirring occasionally.

5Add the roasted semolina (¼ cup), chopped nuts, raisins (¼ cup), and grated coconut (¼ cup) to the mixture. Stir well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

6Continue cooking the dessert until it reaches a pudding-like consistency, ensuring it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.

7Once the dessert is thick and creamy, remove it from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.

8Garnish with additional chopped nuts and a sprinkle of cardamom powder (½ tsp) before serving.
