Bruschetta Chicken Pasta

1Season the chicken breasts (2) with salt and pepper on both sides.

2In a skillet, heat olive oil (¼ cup) over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts (2) until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3In the same skillet, add minced garlic (2 cloves) and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

4Add the bruschetta mix (1 cup) to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

5Cook the pasta (8 oz) according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

6Slice the cooked chicken breasts (2) into strips.

7In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta (8 oz), bruschetta mix (1 cup), sliced chicken, grated Parmesan cheese (½ cup), and chopped basil leaves. Toss gently to mix.

8Drizzle balsamic glaze (½ cup) over the pasta (8 oz) mixture and toss again to coat evenly.

9Serve the Bruschetta Chicken Pasta (8 oz) hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and basil leaves if desired.
