Egg-Stuffed Bread Kababs

1Remove the crust from the bread slices and crumble the bread into a bowl.

2Peel the boiled eggs (2) and chop them finely. Add them to the bowl with the bread crumbs.

3Add the finely chopped onion (1), green chili, (1) ginger-garlic paste (½ teaspoon), cumin powder (½ teaspoon), coriander powder (½ teaspoon), turmeric powder (¼ teaspoon), red chili powder (¼ teaspoon), garam masala (¼ teaspoon), chopped coriander leaves (2 tablespoons), and salt to the bowl.

4Mix all the ingredients well to form a uniform mixture.

5Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into oval-shaped kababs.

6Heat oil in a pan for frying.

7Dip each kabab in besan (gram flour) (2 tablespoons) to coat it evenly.

8Fry the kababs in the hot oil until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.

9Remove the fried kababs and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

10Serve the delicious Egg-Stuffed Bread Kababs hot with mint chutney or ketchup!
