Creamy Pesto Stuffed Chicken Breast

1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

3In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese (4 tbsp) and pesto (2 tbsp) until well combined.

4Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese (4 tbsp) and pesto (2 tbsp) mixture, dividing it evenly between the two breasts.

5Secure the pockets with toothpicks to prevent the filling from leaking out during cooking.

6Place the stuffed chicken breasts (2) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the filling is bubbly and golden brown.

8Remove the toothpicks before serving.

9Serve the creamy pesto (2 tbsp) stuffed chicken breasts (2) hot with your favorite side dishes.
