Crispy Garlic Breadsticks

1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil (½ cup) over low heat. Add the minced garlic (1 tablespoon) and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.

3In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour (2 cups) with the garlic-infused olive oil (½ cup). Mix well until a dough forms.

4On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

5Cut the dough into long strips to form breadsticks.

6Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

7Serve the crispy garlic breadsticks warm and enjoy!
