Organic Triple Flavored Popsicles

1In a blender, combine the organic orange juice (2 cups) and honey. Blend until well mixed and smooth.

2Pour the orange mixture into a bowl and set aside.

3Rinse the blender and repeat the same process with the organic strawberry puree (2 cups).

4Pour the strawberry mixture into a separate bowl and set aside.

5Rinse the blender again and blend the organic lychee juice (2 cups) with the coconut milk until well combined.

6Pour the lychee mixture into a third bowl and set aside.

7Take the popsicle molds and pour a layer of the orange mixture into each mold, filling them about one-third of the way.

8Place the molds in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until the orange layer is slightly frozen.

9Remove the molds from the freezer and pour a layer of the strawberry mixture on top of the orange layer, filling them another one-third of the way.

10Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and return them to the freezer for another 30 minutes.

11Finally, pour the lychee mixture on top of the strawberry layer to fill the molds completely.

12Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen solid.

13To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull them out.
