Cheesy Potato and Sausage Casserole

1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2Boil the sliced potatoes (4) in a pot of water until they are slightly tender, then drain and set aside.

3In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs (4) and milk (1 cup) until well combined.

4Grease a baking dish and layer the sliced potatoes (4) at the bottom.

5Place the sausages (4) on top of the potatoes (4) in the baking dish.

6Pour the egg and milk (1 cup) mixture over the potatoes (4) and sausages (4) in the baking dish.

7Sprinkle the shredded cheese (1 cup) evenly over the top of the casserole.

8Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

9Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the casserole is set.
