Tapioca Pudding Delight

1In a medium saucepan, combine the tapioca pearls (1 cup) and milk (4 cups). Let it soak for 30 minutes to soften the pearls.

2Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally.

3Add sugar (½ cup), vanilla extract (½ teaspoon), cinnamon, and nutmeg to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.

6Stir in raisins (¼ cup), chopped nuts, shredded coconut (¼ cup), and chopped fruits into the pudding.

7Transfer the tapioca pudding to serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
