Festive Guava Cheese Delight

1In a saucepan, combine guava pulp (2 cups), sugar (1 cup), and milk (½ cup) over medium heat, stirring until sugar (1 cup) is dissolved.

2In a small bowl, mix cornstarch (¼ cup) with water (¼ cup) to create a slurry.

3Add the cornstarch (¼ cup) slurry to the guava mixture and stir continuously until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.

4Remove from heat and stir in butter (¼ cup), cream cheese (1 cup), vanilla extract (1 tsp), cinnamon (½ tsp), nutmeg (¼ tsp), cloves (¼ tsp), ginger (¼ tsp), allspice (¼ tsp), cardamom (¼ tsp), and lemon zest (¼ tsp) until well combined.

5Pour the mixture into a greased dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

6Once set, cut into squares or desired shapes.

7Garnish with chopped nuts (¼ cup), dried cranberries (¼ cup), and shredded coconut (¼ cup) if desired.
