Honey Wheat Flour Capsicum Delight

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

2Wash the capsicums (2) and cut off the tops. Remove the seeds and inner membranes.

3In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour (2 cups) and honey (1 cup). Mix well until a smooth dough is formed.

4Stuff the capsicums (2) with the honey (1 cup)-wheat flour (2 cups) mixture.

5Place the stuffed capsicums (2) on a baking tray.

6Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the capsicums (2) are tender and the filling is cooked through.
