Chocolate Custard Cake

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan with oil and dust with maida (2 cups).

2In a mixing bowl, sift together maida (2 cups), sugar (1 cup), cocoa powder (½ cup), custard powder (¼ cup), milk powder (½ cup), baking soda (½ tsp), and baking powder (1 tsp).

3In a separate bowl, beat the eggs (3) until fluffy.

4Gradually add the vinegar (½ cup) to the beaten eggs (3) while whisking continuously.

5Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix well to form a smooth batter.

6Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

8Slice and serve the delicious Chocolate Custard Cake!
