Crispy Baked Chicken

1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil (2 tablespoons).

2In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs (1 cup), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder (1 teaspoon), paprika (1 teaspoon), oregano, thyme, salt (½ teaspoon), and pepper.

3In another shallow dish, beat the eggs (2).

4Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs (2), then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating to the chicken.

5Place the coated chicken breasts in the greased baking dish.

6Drizzle olive oil (2 tablespoons) over the chicken breasts to help them crisp up in the oven.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.

8Serve the crispy baked chicken hot with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
