6Arrange the sliced golden beets (2), zucchini, broccoli (1 head) florets, and carrot sticks around the chicken breasts (4) in the baking dish.

7Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and vegetables, ensuring they are coated evenly.

8Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

9Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and golden brown.
