Creamy Chicken Garlic Pasta with Broccoli and Spinach

1Cook the pasta (8 oz) according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2Season the chicken breasts (2) with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, cook the chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

3In the same skillet, add chopped garlic (4 cloves), diced onion (1), sliced bell pepper (1), broccoli florets (1 cup), and spinach. Cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

4Slice the cooked chicken breasts (2) into strips and add them back to the skillet with the vegetables.

5Pour in the heavy cream (1 cup) and stir to combine. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

6Add the cooked pasta (8 oz) to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated with the creamy sauce.

7Serve the creamy chicken garlic (4 cloves) pasta (8 oz) with broccoli and spinach hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
