Sweet Bread Pudding with Condensed Milk Sauce

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.

2Cut the bread into small cubes and place them in the greased baking dish.

3In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs (2), milk (1 cup), and sugar (½ cup) until well combined.

4Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure to coat them evenly. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid.

5Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top.

6While the pudding is baking, prepare the condensed milk (½ cup) sauce. In a small saucepan, heat the condensed milk (½ cup) over low heat until it becomes smooth and slightly thickened, stirring constantly.

7Once the pudding is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.

8Serve the warm bread pudding drizzled with the warm condensed milk (½ cup) sauce. Enjoy!
