Decadent Chocolate Castellan Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, butter, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined and smooth.
