Spicy Potato Stuffed Bread Rolls

1Boil the potatoes (2 large) until they are soft, then peel and mash them in a bowl.

2In a pan, heat oil (¼ cup) and add the finely chopped onions (½ cup). Saute until they turn translucent.

3Add the mashed potatoes (2 large), peas (¼ cup), turmeric powder (1 tsp), cumin powder (1 tsp), coriander powder (1 tsp), red chili powder (1 tsp), garam masala (½ tsp), amchur powder, salt, and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

4Add finely chopped coriander leaves (¼ cup) and green chilies to the potato mixture. Mix well and let it cool.

5Cut the edges of the bread slices and roll them flat using a rolling pin.

6Place a spoonful of the potato mixture on one end of the bread slice and roll it tightly to form a roll.

7Seal the edges of the bread roll using a little water (½ cup) to prevent the filling from coming out.

8Heat oil (¼ cup) in a pan for shallow frying the bread rolls.

9Once the oil (¼ cup) is hot, place the stuffed bread rolls in the pan and fry until they are golden brown on all sides.

10Remove the rolls from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil (¼ cup).

11Serve the Spicy Potato Stuffed Bread Rolls hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
