Eggless Simple Vanilla Cake

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan with oil and flour.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients.

3.Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the water, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract.

4.Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until just combined. Do not overmix.

5.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7.Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

8.Once cooled, slice and serve the delicious eggless vanilla cake.
