Cheesy Potato Delight

1Wash the potatoes (4 medium) thoroughly and peel them.

2Cut the potatoes (4 medium) into small cubes.

3Boil the potato cubes in a pot of water until they are tender, then drain and set aside.

4Finely chop the green chillies (2), onion (1), and tomato (1).

5In a pan, sauté the chopped onion (1) until translucent.

6Add the chopped green chillies (2) and tomato (1) to the pan and cook until the tomatoes are soft.

7Add the boiled potato cubes to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.

8Sprinkle the shredded cheese (1 cup) over the potato mixture and cover the pan to let the cheese melt.

9Once the cheese has melted, stir the mixture gently to combine everything well.

10Serve the Cheesy Potato Delight hot and enjoy!
