Birthday Fish Rolls

1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with oil.

2Cut the white fish fillets (1 lb) into small strips.

3In a bowl, whisk the eggs (2) and milk (½ cup) together to create an egg wash.

4Dip each fish strip into the flour (½ cup), then the egg wash, and finally coat with breadcrumbs (1 cup).

5Place the coated fish strips in the greased baking dish.

6Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.

7In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice, parsley, mayonnaise (¼ cup), mustard (¼ cup), honey (¼ cup), and soy sauce (¼ cup) to create a dipping sauce.
