Biscoff Cinnamon Bread Pudding

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter (¼ cup).

2Cut the bread slices into cubes and place them in the greased baking dish.

3In a saucepan, heat the milk (2 cups), butter (¼ cup), cinnamon (1 teaspoon), and brown sugar (½ cup) over medium heat until the butter (¼ cup) is melted and the mixture is well combined.

4Pour the milk (2 cups) mixture over the bread cubes in the baking dish.

5In a small bowl, mix the Biscoff spread (¼ cup), cocoa powder (2 tablespoons), and flour until smooth.

6Drizzle the Biscoff mixture over the bread cubes in the baking dish.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top.

8While the pudding is baking, prepare the coffee (½ cup).

9Serve the warm Biscoff Cinnamon (1 teaspoon) Bread Pudding with a cup of coffee (½ cup) for a delicious sweet treat!
