Crispy Baked Chicken

1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs (1 cup), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder (1 teaspoon), paprika (1 teaspoon), oregano, thyme, salt (½ teaspoon), and black pepper (¼ teaspoon).

3In another shallow dish, beat the eggs (2).

4Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs (2), then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating to the chicken.

5Place the coated chicken breasts (4) on the prepared baking sheet.

6Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.

7Serve the crispy baked chicken hot with your favorite side dishes or salads.
