Christmas Vegetable Cutlets

1.Boil the mixed vegetables until they are soft. Drain and mash them in a bowl.

2.Add breadcrumbs, onions, bell peppers, cilantro, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper to the mashed vegetables. Mix well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

3.Shape the mixture into small cutlets or patties.

4.In a separate bowl, make a thin batter using all-purpose flour and water. Dip each cutlet into the batter, ensuring it is coated evenly.

5.Heat oil in a pan for frying. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the cutlets in the pan and fry until they are golden brown on both sides.

6.Remove the cutlets from the pan and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

7.Serve the Christmas vegetable cutlets hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice.
