Paneer Tikka

1In a bowl, mix yogurt (1 cup), ginger garlic paste (1 tablespoon), lemon juice (1 tablespoon), cumin powder (1 teaspoon), coriander powder (1 teaspoon), garam masala (1 teaspoon), turmeric powder (1 teaspoon), and red chili powder (1 teaspoon) to make the marinade.

2Add the paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

3Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers, alternating with onion rings, bell pepper (1) chunks, and tomato chunks.

4Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.

5Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the paneer is charred and cooked through.

6Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt (1 cup) dip.
