Mango Chocolate Delight

1Peel and dice the ripe mangoes (2) into small cubes.

2In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream (½ cup) over low heat until it starts to simmer.

3Remove the saucepan from heat and add the dark chocolate chips (1 cup). Let it sit for a minute to allow the chocolate to melt.

4Stir the chocolate and cream mixture until smooth and well combined.

5Take a serving glass or bowl and layer the diced mangoes at the bottom.

6Pour the chocolate ganache over the mango layer.

7Repeat the layers with mangoes and chocolate ganache until the glass or bowl is filled.

8Sprinkle chopped nuts (¼ cup) and shredded coconut (¼ cup) on top for added texture and flavor, if desired.

9Refrigerate the dessert for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
